I want to pass on a compliment that Eurotech got from the Jessup Appliance installer yesterday. He was here installing the dishwasher and double oven. He had his bag of shims and spacers and didn’t need any of them. He was amazed that the oven slid right in. Asked who did the cabinets, and said that this is the best cabinet job he has ever seen. That in all his years in the business (I’d guess around 20) this was the easiest oven install he has ever had. “It fit like a glove.” As he and his helper were leaving, walking down the hallway, I heard him say – “wow, that was easy.” {sounds like a commercial for Staples} Good job guys!

David, Just a short note to let you know that Saturday night we went to the Table and used your gift certificate, with my cousin Maria and hubby Darryl, for the best dinner we have had there. My cousin came during the filming of our kitchen so we thought appropriate to share our good fortune. That place does not disappoint. But the real star of the show continues to be our fabulous kitchen. We cannot tell you how much it has enhanced our daily and social life. Dear Mr. Asher: It was Eurotech’s unique design approach to our rather uninspiring 1950’s kitchen that sold us. We interviewed several kitchen design companies before choosing Eurotech. The others lacked the creativity and pizzazz we wanted in home. Working with kitchen designer, Judy Adams hunt, Eurotech’s contractor and staff, was comfortable and easy. Our kitchen, bar and office area turned out just as we had dreamed. One year after completion, we can’t think of one thing we’d change.

Several months ago we contracted to remodel our kitchen. Eurotech was our choice for the cabinets. David provided much more than the cabinets. David listened to our needs/wants, then provided input. He designed the kitchen, recommended a contractor, suggested appliance stores and a granite company, etc. David and Eric followed up and coordinated the total effort, even making several trips to help with the granite selection. The cabinet installation was professional – the workmanship excellent. We are very pleased with our new kitchen, and we made a good choice with Eurotech.

During our first in-home meeting, you suggested a few “bold” but simple reconstruction ideas in order to make our kitchen more organized and accessible. Your design team then went to work on relocating appliances in addition to designing the cabinetry in a more orderly fashion. A redesign of our island size and layout followed. The Eurotech construction team was absolutely meticulous, demonstrating a high degree of craftsmanship. Timing was exactly as they predicted. The final results were fantastic. I have just arrived home from Florida where I spent five lunatic days moving all the furniture in and hanging pictures etc. I never even saw the beach I was so busy. I just wanted to say that the kitchen and bathrooms looked fantastic and I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. Last year, my husband and I purchased a condominium in downtown Sarasota. We decided to do a complete overhaul of the entire 2700 sq. foot unit. The word nightmare was an understatement to say the least. That of course was until I started to deal with Tracey and her team at Eurotech for our kitchen remodel. What a pleasure is has been doing business with the staff of Eurotech and even more so with designer, Tracy Scalzo. I has shopped and visited with several other “high end” kitchen design shops only to be terribly disappointed by their lack of skill when it came to design, missed appointments and insane pricing until I met with David and Tracy at Eurotech Inc. It took only one appointment with Tracey when she came up with 4 different plans for me to choose from and all with every item I had on my wish list! Now, not only did I get the kitchen of my dreams but the customer service is unlike any other I have ever experienced! At a year later when a drawer came off it’s tracks, I reluctantly called Tracey at Eurotech to get some help, after all it had been over a year! To my utter amazement and delight, she sent Chris one of their staff carpenters over and he immediately fixed the issue with no questions asked!! Tracey says “Customer service doesn’t stop when the construction stops as it is now just beginning!” Wow, no that’s “Customer Service”!

Just a quick note to say what a great job Jeffrey did on the repair of a column in our 7 year old kitchen. He was very professional and thorough in the repair and you cannot tell that anything has been done to it. Looks like the day it was originally completed. I recall when we did the project we were told that it had a “lifetime” guarantee and that if we ever needed anything to just call. We did call and you lived up to the promises made at that time with a prompt and complete fix. We enjoy the kitchen today as much as the first day it was done. Thank you!

One of the best decisions we made last year was to have Eurotech Cabinetry do out kitchen/office remodel. You promised us high quality cabinets, exceptional design capabilities, superb workmanship and an unparalleled degree of customer service. We were unsure if you could fulfill all your promises… well, you did! Every single promise and then some… our beautiful and extremely functional kitchen was actually finished a week early! When does that happen in the real world? All of your employees are top notch in every respect. Dear Mr. Asher, Our new kitchen is complete and now it’s time for us to tell you how pleased we are to have selected Eurotech to design and provide cabinetry for the job. Not only is the kitchen functional, but it is attractive as well. We weren’t sure what could be done with the limited space and particular needs that we had, but the kitchen is just fine. While the Eurotech product is outstanding, we believe the real strength of the company is it’s people – at least the people we met and worked with. Jim was careful and meticulous in making sure that the work moved along and was completed in proper fashion. And of curse that lady who ties it altogether, Ruth, was gracious at all times. It was a pleasure (if living without a kitchen for 3 weeks can be a pleasure) to work with all these folks.
